Whimsical and powerful vine frame pendant and attached chain in 14k yellow gold featuring a unique and untreated 1.87ct Tanzanian green sapphire. The chain is adjustable 16-18" with multiple jump rings.

This sapphire is a traceable ANZA gem! The rough was sourced in Umba, Tanzania and the stone was faceted by Rasool Hakakzada in California. There is no known treatment or heat. 

Monica Stephenson of ANZA writes: "The journey of an ANZA gem is not only a rich story, but also creates a circle of development beginning with fair trade prices paid in East Africa, continued by supporting independent artisans who facet our gems and create our custom jewelry, and ultimately reinvesting at least 10% of sales to education and other initiatives supporting gem communities. This includes education at the primary level, as well as at the jewelry trade level with vocational schools teaching Africans marketable skills of gem cutting, grading and sorting. ANZA's goal is to have East Africans facet their own gems, design their own jewelry, and fully participate in the global gemstone trade."

 

Shipping

Rings will ship in an Anueva Jewelry ring box, with the exception of most bands which will ship in a ring pouch. The package will be insured and require signature confirmation. Please be sure to use an address that will have someone available to sign during mail delivery times. If providing a business address, please include the business name.

Shipping Days

Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays for all delivery speed options. On Thursdays, we only ship overnight orders to avoid any delays with packages sitting in courier warehouse over the weekend.

International Shipping

Please be aware your country might require additional duties/taxes. We are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Customers are welcome to find and use a customs broker to help with international shipping. If you are going to work with a customs broker, please provide us with their information when confirming shipping.

 

Appraisals

If you would like to have the ring appraised, there is a $175 appraisal fee that you can add to cart here. We will take the ring downtown to be appraised by a third party GIA gemologist appraiser and provide details for your insurance purposes. Please note, this can add approximately 2 weeks to your order timeline.
