Order Deadlines

• Ring Resizes: Order by December 14 to receive your ring by Christmas.

• Build Your Own (BYO) Rings: Order by the first week of November for delivery during Christmas week. 

• BYO Rush Orders: Order by the week of November 23 to receive your ring by Christmas with a rush fee. 

• Custom BYO rings may take longer depending on the design process. Please check in with our production manager to ensure we can make it in time, depending on your design.

Holiday FedEx Shipping Deadlines

• 2-Day Shipping: Last day to ship is December 21.

• Overnight Shipping: Last day to ship is December 22.

Important Holiday Shipping Information

All orders ship via FedEx and require an in-person signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package.

• Address Changes: Once your package has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or make any other delivery changes. Please double-check your shipping information before your order ships.

• Missed Deliveries: FedEx will make up to three delivery attempts. If no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to us. Our team will be on holiday break, so any returned packages will be held until January 8, when we can arrange to reship them.

• FedEx Hold for Pickup: If you won't be available to sign at your address, you can have your package shipped directly to a nearby FedEx location for pickup. Please note that packages are held for only 48 hours after delivery, so be sure to pick yours up promptly.
