Organic Hand Carved Rose Gold Pink Sapphire Ring
Ready-to-ship and ready for her very best admirer is this totally one-of-a-kind rose gold and pink sapphire ring. Hand carved by myself in Seattle and cast in 100% post consumer reclaimed rose gold, this setting features an ethically sourced vibrant pink sapphire in its funky East-West bezel setting.
If you are one of my followers on social media, you know that I like to call this style "mermaid jewelry." Wavy organic-shaped bands and perfectly imperfect bezels, hand carved textures are some of my favorite elements in this style of contemporary jewelry. Like some of my mermaid sapphires, this stone has visible natural inclusions that are accented well by the natural design.
The sapphire with the 14k rose gold bezel setting included measures approximately 10mm long by 7.3mm wide and the band is 1.8mm wide at its thinnest and 3.3mm wide at the shoulders. The setting with the band included is 5.6mm high.
This ring is currently a size 6.5 and is resizable for a small fee. Please note, this item is non-refundable after it has been resized. Please allow one week for resizing.

About Sapphire:
Sapphire is the birthstone for September. It is also a traditional gift for those celebrating 5th or 45th anniversaries.
Sapphires are often associated with loyalty and dignity and are a favorite gemstone for royalty. They come in a rainbow of colors from white, yellow, pinks, orange, greens, purple and blue, with the most valuable being a deep blue.
Most natural sapphires undergo heat treatment to improve their color and clarity. This industry-accepted practice results in a permanent enhancement and helps protect against accidental chipping or breakage.
Making a Difference:
Help fight climate change with this purchase! Trees are like the lungs of the planet...our "natural air purifiers." They breathe in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen. Additionally, they provide habitat for birds and other wildlife and play a vital role in our natural water cycle. Forests help regulate the water in the air through a process called transpiration. They absorb thousands of gallons of water into their roots. Excess water is then released through the leaves back into the air. For every purchase made, I donate one planted tree through Plant-It 2020. Small changes by individuals can make a difference in the fight against climate change. You will be reminded of your efforts each time you look down at your beautiful gold bark band.
