REI Gift Card Allocation and Stipulations: Each singular purchase greater than USD999.99 is eligible to receive an REI gift card. REI gift card amounts will be allocated on a three-tiered structure: (1) orders equal to USD1000 or more are eligible to receive an REI gift card valued at USD50; (2) orders equal to USD3000 or more are eligible to receive an REI gift card valued at USD100; (3) orders equal to USD5000 or more are eligible to receive an REI gift card valued at USD150. Each customer qualifies for only one tier. The customer may not receive multiple tiers, with a max REI gift card amount of USD150.

Physical gift cards will be packaged and delivered via mail with verified purchase order; content(s) purchased on AnuevaJewelry.com and REI gift card will arrive together. Regardless of REI gift card availability or eligibility, all qualifying purchases on Anueva Jewelry’s ready-to-ship collection between the previously stated time period are eligible to receive the tiered discount.

Returns: REI gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash value. Should any customer who received an REI gift card of any quantity wish to return an order, Anueva Jewelry will issue a refund of the order amount, less the amount of the gift REI gift card.

Shipping

Rings will ship in an Anueva Jewelry ring box, with the exception of plain metal bands which will ship in a ring pouch. The package will be insured and require signature confirmation. Please be sure to use an address that will have someone available to sign during mail delivery times. If providing a business address, please include the business name.

International Shipping

Please be aware your country might require additional duties/taxes. We are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Customers are welcome to find and use a customs broker to help with international shipping. If you are going to work with a customs broker, please provide us with their information when confirming shipping.

Appraisals

If you would like to have the ring appraised, there is a $150 appraisal fee that you can add to cart here. We will take the ring downtown to be appraised by a third party GIA gemologist appraiser and provide details for your insurance purposes.
