Ethically Sourced Mossy Green and Blue Bicolor Sapphire Ring
The most popular color sapphire requested by our customers is blue-green teal. The stone in this ring features not only a band of blue-green teal, but also distinct color zones of a beautiful natural mossy green in the tips. Set in a 100% post-consumer recycled 14k yellow gold 4-prong setting is a natural, untreated 1.70ct oval in a modern modified oval brilliant cut. It measures 8.2x6.1mm.

If there's one thing better than a beautiful teal sapphire, it's knowing that it came from a supply chain that cares for the people who bring these stones up to the earth's surface. The Nigerian sapphires we purchase were mined by artisan miners, members of the local community who farm in the growing season and mine sapphires in the off-season. The purchase of these stones benefits the communities, helping people provide for their families and providing more funding for education and healthcare.
Like many sapphires, the color will change a bit depending on the amount of light and the source of light available.
The band in this solitaire is fully rounded, about 2mm wide and allows for stacking with similarly sized wedding and anniversary bands. This ring is polished but can be made in a satin/brushed finish for you by request..
The ring is currently a size 6 and is resizable for a small fee. Once resized, however, it is non refundable. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for resizing.
Please include an address at checkout where someone will be available to sign for the package via FedEx or UPS Express. If being sent to a business location, please provide the business name. International buyers are liable for paying customs/taxes/duties.

Making a Difference:
Help fight climate change with this purchase! Trees are like the lungs of the planet...our "natural air purifiers." They breathe in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen. Additionally, they provide habitat for birds and other wildlife and play a vital role in our natural water cycle. Forests help regulate the water in the air through a process called transpiration. They absorb thousands of gallons of water into their roots. Excess water is then released through the leaves back into the air. For every purchase made, I donate one planted tree through Plant-It 2020. Small changes by individuals can make a difference in the fight against climate change.
