- Do you work with customer stones?
Due to our current volume, we do not work with customer stones, diamonds and gold, and do not sell unset settings. We recommend visiting your local jeweler for custom re-designs of your personal jewelry.
- What are recycled diamonds?
Recycled or repurposed, vintage diamonds are the most eco-friendly natural diamonds available. They are naturally occurring diamonds, cut & polished from mined rough stones that were previously set in jewelry then removed, and re-introduced into the supply chain for resale. They are also less expensive than "new" diamonds, selling at 15-40% less than comparable quality diamonds.
- What is the “Evergreen” texture?
Our Evergreen texture is wax that has been hand-carved and then cast into your metal of choice. This texture is inspired by the Evergreen giants in the PNW! Each ring that receives the Evergreen texture has been hand-carved by owner and designer Jennifer, making each ring truly unique.
- What are custom and semi-custom rings?
Any piece that is not “in-stock” or “Ready to Ship” is considered either a custom or semi-custom piece. This would include any made to order bands and accessories, "Build Your Own" rings, or custom created pieces. These all fall under the custom piece policies and production timelines.
Custom Orders, “Build Your Own” & Made to Order Jewelry
- What is the turnaround time for custom rings, "Build Your Own" rings and made to order jewelry?
The typical turnaround time for these pieces is 7-9 weeks. Each piece is made specifically for the selected gemstone and/or diamond and is custom made.
- Can I purchase just a setting?
We do not sell unset settings. We make each setting to specifically fit the associated diamond(s) or gemstone(s).
- Can I change my setting style/ring design after I have received a CAD?
During ring production, there are steps where changes can be made such as ring size and gold color. Changing the setting will incur an additional $200 cost for each new CAD (computer aided design) rendering. Depending on when the change is requested, Anueva may or may not be able to accommodate the change, furthermore, additional costs may be incurred.
- Is it possible for my stone to chip or break?
While diamonds and sapphires are both very hard stones and quite durable, they can still chip and break due to being natural, organic material. Items like rocks, cement, concrete and metals like steel, can chip, scratch or break your stone. Because of this, we generally recommend harder stones like diamonds and sapphires for everyday wear. Although these harder stones can still be damaged, it is less likely they will. Other gemstones that are not as tough, like tourmaline, garnet and morginite etc, are generally not recommended for everyday wear. Sometimes if your stone is heavily included or has large inclusions, these can also affect the structure and durability of your stone and can cause them to break easier. - Are stones covered under Anueva Jewelry’s one year manufacturer warranty?
Center/ main stones are not covered under the manufacturer warranty, however all gemstones and diamonds are guaranteed genuine. Accent stones that fall out due to manufacturing are covered under the one year manufacturer warranty.
- Wedding Bands
Most wedding bands typically ship within 4-6 weeks. However, it is not guaranteed as these are made to order and fall under our custom production timeline of 7-9 weeks.
- Made-to-order/“Build Your Own”
These items fall under the custom production timeline of 7-9 weeks. Each piece is made specifically for the selected gemstone(s) and/or diamond(s) and is custom-made.
- Fully Custom Designs
- In Stock or Ready to Ship Ring resizing
Ring resizing typically takes 1-2 weeks, however if the ring size requested is more than 2 sizes different from the current ring size, it can take 2-4 weeks.
- I need my ring before the 7-9 weeks turnaround. What are my options?
We can offer a rush option on custom rings for a $250 fee. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and based on availability. Please reach out to us here to discuss your timeline.
- Do you ship to P.O or A.P.O boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, however we are happy to accommodate shipping to A.P.O boxes, when possible, for our service members.
- Shipping within the U.S
We use FedEx or UPS Express insured shipping with an adult signature required. Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout where someone will be present to sign. If mailing to a business, please provide the business address.
- Shipping outside of the United States
We use FedEx or UPS for international shipping. Please be aware your country might require additional duties/taxes. We are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Customers are welcome to find and use a customs broker to help with international shipping. If you are going to work with a customs broker, please provide us with their information when confirming shipping.
- Payment Plans
If you would like a payment plan for your purchase, we provide financing through Affirm or PayPal Credit. You can apply for PayPal Credit by selecting PayPal and then the PayPal Credit option at checkout. To use Affirm, please apply for financing on our website by clicking on a product and "Apply Now."
- Due in Full
Please note that payment is due in full for us to start work on your piece. In-stock items will ship only after payment has been received and cleared by the payment processing system.
Ring Resizing and Repairs
- Ring Resizing for In-Stock and Ready to Ship
All in-stock, “Ready to Ship” rings include free ring resizing when purchasing. However, once resized, the ring is non refundable.
- Ring Resizing after purchased
You can request a ring resize by visiting the page here. Outside jewelers can resize your ring, but this will void your one year manufacturer’s warranty. Ring sizing takes 1-2 weeks (not including ship time). If the new ring size requested is 2 or more sizes different than the current size, resizing can take 2-4 weeks.

Ring Upgrades & Re-designs
- Can I redesign my current Anueva ring?
Yes! We would love to help you redesign your Anueva ring. We can offer a metal refinery credit towards the purchase of your new setting. The customer is responsible for return insured shipping of the original ring.
- Can I update my Anueva center stone?
Yes! We are happy to offer a stone upgrade program! Please contact us here to get started on the upgrade process.
Upgrade Program guidelines
- You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price of the stone plus a metal refinery credit for the setting toward the purchase of your new ring
- The price of your new stone must be at least twice the price of your original stone.
- Your stone must be in its original condition with any original documentation and grading report, if applicable.
- Lost reports will be subject to a replacement report fee
- Any damage to the original stone will disqualify the stone from our upgrade program.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of the new setting for the upgraded stone
- There is no limit to the number of times you can upgrade your stone!
- The Anueva Upgrade Program is available for purchases shipped to the US. Upgrades for other countries may be eligible on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Refunds
- Custom Orders/ Build- Your- Own/ Bands
Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you find any fault in the craftsmanship of your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- In-stock and Ready to Ship
In-stock items can be returned within 3 calendar days of receipt in their original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original Anueva Jewelry packaging. Rings which have been resized are non-refundable. If you decide to return your in-stock purchase, please contact us through our site here and we will reach out with an insured shipping label. We will inspect the item upon receipt to verify the condition and refund. Buyer must pay insured return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Every piece is carefully created and the setting is guaranteed for one year from the date of receiving your jewelry. If you find any fault in the craftsmanship of your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. This one year manufacturer's warranty is voided if the jewelry piece has had work completed by a third party. Anueva Jewelry pieces are not guaranteed against wear and tear or accidental damage made by the customer. Gemstones and diamonds are also not guaranteed against chips and daily wear and tear. We suggest purchasing a private insurance policy from a company like Jeweler's Mutual, to repair/replace your piece in the event of chipping, loss of stones, damage, theft, etc.
