Q. What are recycled diamonds?
A. Recycled or repurposed vintage diamonds are the most eco-friendly natural diamonds available. They are naturally occurring diamonds, cut & polished from mined rough stones that were previously set in jewelry then removed, and re-introduced into the supply chain for resale. They are also less expensive than "new" diamonds, selling at 15-40% less than comparable quality diamonds.

Customizations

On many of our pieces, you have the option to select customizations before you order. These may include earring post and back options, gold color, polish or satin/brushed finishes, ring sizes, chain lengths, etc. If you have any questions about these customizations or need help selecting please send me a message through the Contact Form or e-mail me: info@anuevajewelry.com.

Shop Policies

We specialize in unique and geometric diamond earrings and use recycled diamonds, conflict-free diamonds, recycled gold and silver. Each item is made-to-order unless otherwise specified, and will take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to fulfill, depending on the item and the customization needed.

Payment

Payment Plans

If you would like to place an order or reserve a piece and need some extra time to pay in full, send me a message. We can work together to create a payment plan for you.

Due in Full

Please note that payment is due in full for me to start work on your piece. In-stock items will ship only after payment has been received and cleared by the payment processing system.

Shipping

Shipping within the U.S.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with signature confirmation and tracking to ship packages, and insure the parcel.

Please keep an eye on your tracking number and make sure you can be home to sign for your package. If your schedule conflicts, mail it to a best friend, trusted relative or to your place of work where where you know someone can sign for it.

If you would like to upgrade to 2-day shipping, overnight shipping or FedEx, send me a direct message before your order is shipped and I will create a listing for you.

Shipping outside of the United States

We use FedEx or UPS for international shipping and can provide a shipping quote for you based on your address provided before you order.

We are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Custom Orders and Warranty

Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you find any fault in the craftsmanship of your order, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue. Every piece is carefully created and the setting is guaranteed for one year from the date of creation. Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against chips and wear and tear. Please purchase a private insurance policy from a company like Jeweler's Mutual to protect your piece against chipping, loss of stones, damage, theft, etc. If we find that work has been done to the piece by a third party after purchase, this one year guarantee is void.

If you find any fault in the original craftsmanship of your order, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue. If you feel the jewelry needs to be repaired within that first year of warranty, please contact me for shipping instructions to send the piece back to us for repair. If you choose to have the piece repaired by your local jeweler, the cost of that repair will not be covered under warranty unless first approved by us. 


If for any reason you experience an issue with your jewelry, please contact me. We want you to enjoy your fine jewelry purchase.

Refunds: In-Stock and Ready to Ship

In-stock items can be returned within 3 days of receipt in their original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original Anueva Jewelry packaging. If you decide to return your in-stock purchase, please contact me first so I can give you the correct address. I will inspect the item upon receipt and deem it worthy or unworthy of refund. Buyer must pay return shipping, insure the parcel and provide tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
