Drawing from old Art Deco geometric design, this setting is a twist on my customizable Black Onyx halo, found here.

The ring in the photo is an example of a custom white onyx design. Low profile or stackable with other bands, the setting is made-to-order. Totally customizable, this white onyx setting can be made for traditional round or step-cut diamonds, round moissanites, rose cut diamonds and rose cut moissanite, and geometric rosecut diamonds as pictured here. This ring is made to order in your size and with your choice of two-tone or one-tone gold. For example, the ring in this photo has a yellow gold ring shank and a yellow gold setting for the stone. The ring can also be made with a yellow or rose gold shank and a white gold setting for the stone.

About White Onyx:

"White onyx" is another name for white agate, and is said to be a grounding stone, bringing about an emotional, physical and intellectual balance. Agate is also a stone of marital and relational fidelity.

Agate was used by the Ancients on the breastplates of armor to give warriors strength and make them victorious in battle. Energetically, it was considered to give strength in battle and was also believed in the past to be a very protective stone.
